may is finally here, but where’s spring?

It’s been a cold, cold winter and a cold April as well. One would assume that with the month of May, the warm weather would be part of it? Well, it’s not. It’s cold, it’s raining and the sky’s grey. I have a vague memory about blue skies and a big yellow dot up there called the sun, and I think the big yellow dot’s supposed to be warm? The weather made both me and my human slightly blue so we decided that we should do something different. The decision we came up with was that I invited Blenda and Azaar along to the park. Their humans came along too.

Off to the Vigelandsparken we went, wearing wind breakers, rubber boots, gloves and all! Vigelandsparken is very famous for its sculptures and statues. The monolith, you can see it in the background, is the main attraction.

After spending a couple of hours in the park, our humans kindly asked us if we could take them down to the sea shore. We decided that since they had behaved so well, we would take them to the beach.

We brought our humans to a lovely peninsula called Bygdøy.
Here there are famous museums, excellent beaches, the King’s farm and resturants – all worth a visit. Unfortunately, we had to be on the leash the entire time, so we didn’t get to run on the beach as we
definetely would have preferred. It sure is a dog’s life!
